YDF’s Programs & Development team manages and provides resources to fulfill our youth development projects that aid underserved youth in Bhutan. We emphasize capacity-building by expanding and strengthening the skills of local mentors and trainers to reduce dependency on external resources and further contribute to sustainability.

About YDF

The Bhutan Youth Development Fund is working to ensure that all youth have equal access to education, meaningful employment and opportunities to develop their potential.

Since 1999, the YDF has served thousands of children and youth across Bhutan - with a special focus on the disadvantaged. We are Bhutan's leading youth organization and a senior member of civil society. Our programs and investments support youth development and participation, education, substance use prevention and treatment, disability rights, child protection, skills training, social entrepreneurship, well-being promotion, and policy advocacy.
