Nazhoen Pelri School (NPS)  under the Bhutan Youth Development Fund (YDF), is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and values-driven Vice Principal (ELC–Grade 8) to join our team in Thimphu starting February/March 2027.

We are looking for a hands-on educational leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution to strengthen teaching and learning, nurture staff development, and foster a learner-centered, place-based educational environment drawing on international and IB-informed practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
